PhotoScape

Having started blogging not too long ago had me trying out various graphic software.
The first thing that i'll do when editting a photo will be resizing it in paint and next using another software Zoom Browser to add in the text.

Came across this software, PhotoScape which practically sums up what i need to edit pictures!

What the hell is that?
